Paul Johannsson founded OLAF Companies after more than 20 years working across mortgage servicing, legal operations and GSE strategy. He sets enterprise direction and aligns OLAF's billing, advisory, consulting and staffing capabilities around measurable operational control. His work helps law firms, servicers, mortgage investors and funds strengthen execution, compliance, financial performance and accountability across complex default workflows.
Michael provides executive oversight across OLAF's advisory, consulting and staffing businesses. His decade-plus background spans mortgage servicing, foreclosure, bankruptcy, compliance and national attorney-network oversight. He connects client strategy with governance, risk management and disciplined execution, helping teams resolve complex operational issues and maintain accountability across organizational boundaries.
Sindy brings extensive servicing, billing, collections and default-operations experience to her work as a management consultant. She helps translate client expectations into practical workflows, performance controls and escalation structures. Her operational perspective supports stronger execution, clearer accountability and measurable improvement across OLAF's advisory, consulting and staffing engagements.
Brian leads asset-level servicing oversight and portfolio surveillance for attorneys, mortgage investors and funds. Drawing on experience in foreclosure operations, default litigation and audits, he evaluates execution against strategy, identifies material exceptions and helps ensure concerns are documented and escalated before they create greater timeline, collateral or legal-spend exposure.
Hillary leads work involving compliance, servicer scorecards, operational diligence and performance improvement. Drawing on her Shellpoint experience with scorecards, rebuttals and performance improvement plans, she helps clients translate findings into corrective actions, accountable ownership and measurable follow-through. Her work connects performance reporting with practical operational change.
Paige leads shared-services delivery and the development of outsourced teams for law firms and mortgage servicers. Her background spans foreclosure, mediation and legal-support operations. She translates client workflows into defined roles, supervision structures and performance expectations, coordinating U.S.-based and, where authorized, offshore resources around consistent quality and accountable delivery.
Madison supports client relations and shared-services intake across OLAF's operating companies. She reviews referral and intake workflows, clarifies client requirements, and translates service expectations into defined staffing and delivery plans. Her work helps ensure each engagement begins with the right context, ownership, communication structure and escalation path.
